Education, in the perspective of opening up to multiple values, is a fully justified approach, as it aims at better insertion of man into a polymorphic and dynamic spiritual world.
Thus, education meets both the desiderata of individuality, through the highlighting of particular, unique features that are worth recognizing or amplifying, as well as in the benefit of society, ensuring a certain degree of coherence, solidarity and functionality. The solidarity of the community is strengthened not only by the way in which reproduction of large symbols is managed within the respective cultural space, but also by the way openness to other cultural spaces is regulated.
A culture is great not only through itself, but also by the way it allows openings to the outside, things that are observed and learned starting in schools and continue throughout life.
That is why education gains an intercultural dimension, whose main objective lies in preparing the students to perceive, accept, respect and experience the encounter with the other, as a reason for joy, an opportunity to strengthen the feeling of living together, a desire to a common sensing and to a welcomed cooperation.
The other is an opportunity for discovery and awareness of the real identity; in the search for the other, we discover ourselves, we realize what we are, hope and deserve. The existential beauty is given to us by the other, by the miracle of getting out of ourselves, of the projection in another, by the love of the nearest one – as well as of the distant one!
Developing education for all, in the spirit of recognizing and accepting by students of the differences that exists within the society, of an education for different cultures, as a privilege of the courage to get out of ourselves, to interact and to interact with each other, highlighting the cultural differences.

CONTENT OF THE PROJECT
a) Activity calendar – Annex no. 1;
b) Performance indicators:
to complete the proposed activities;
to participate in activities of at least 1/3 of thepupils and teachers of the school;
at least 50% of the parents, together with students,to participate as volunteers in activities;
to use various communication methods.

establishing connectionsbetween participants;
applying, in the instructional-educational approach,of some techniques and methods acquired through the sharing experience;
developing the capacity of intercultural communication.

Material and financial resources: CDs, DVDs, TV sets, video / DVD players, projection screens, cameras, popular costumes, masks, toys, stationery and office supplies;
-carrying out activities with topicsof intercultural education;

EVALUATION – QUALITY
Monitoringwill be carried out on a permanent basis by project initiators andcoordinators, following:
thedegree of involvement of participants, partner institutions and parents;
thedegree of achievement of the proposed activities
projectadvertising, at least at local / regional level
creating the album of the project and presenting itto the partner institutions and within the local pedagogical meetings;
project promotion on the school website and in thelocal media.
There is the possibility of developing and continuing the project in future school years according to the results achieved.
